Clarke Central High School seniors Mimdabi Bhuiyan and Zy’lik Brown are announced as Homecoming Royalty during the game against Cedar Shoals High School in Billy Henderson Stadium on Sept. 18. Members of the Homecoming Court were announced on Aug. 28, and students campaigned until Sept. 17, when voting took place. “The campaigning was my favorite part. I wasn’t even (nervous) about the winning part. I just really wanted to campaign,” Brown said. “I just want to thank all my peers, my classmates, for voting for me.
