She hopes to offer women and minority owned small businesses support and opportunities, improve rural infrastructure and ensure living wages for all Georgians,” Garland wrote. “If re-elected, Kemp plans to work towards inflation relief with a goal to return $1 billion of surplus tax revenue to Georgians.
