The “Fun Run” saga has returned with its most recent release of “Fun Run 3: Arena.” Released on Nov. 30 the game has found huge success after adding its newest feature: Arena mode.
“Fun Run” made its debut September of 2012 where it was just an online mobile racing game, since then “Fun Run” has released two others: “Fun Run 2” and “Fun Run 3: Arena.”
The new feature allows users to play eight people at once instead of just four, and as they reach checkpoints competitors get eliminated until there is just three racers left. If the user is one of the three remaining, they win.
Aside from the Arena feature, the actually racing itself has different 10+ courses in which users and their fellow racers get to choose right before the game begins.
During a normal race, there are four players including oneself running to win the race. When one wins a race, one receives points to help reach another level, which gives the user an incentive to continue racing.
One problem with the game is when racing their are power-ups planted everywhere. These power ups often make winning a game of luck, which means even the worst players can win off of pure luck.
Altogether, the “Fun Run” found success in its newest update, and is a fun game to have for when one is bored.
