2nd and Charles is a new store in Athens that offers customers a variety of amusing items much like recently closed local store Junkman’s Daughter’s Brother.
2nd and Charles opened a new store located at 2656 Atlanta Highway Suite 2 Athens, Ga. 30606. This is the company’s 23rd chain to be opened and third store to come to Georgia.
2nd and Charles is a store that trades, sells, and buys used products from their customers. Their inventory ranges from DC comic books to electric guitars. The store is fully stocked with books, CD’s, DVD’s, video games, gaming systems, comics, iPads, iPods, E-Readers, records, audio books and musical instruments.
When a person sells to the store, they can get store credit or cash for your items. You can also trade your items with those in the store based on their condition.
The store’s inventory is primarily filled with items that were given to them by their customers, but you can also find newly released games, music, and books that are sold for their retail price. Previously owned items are available for discounted rates.
The music section is filled with dozens of crates filled with records and CD’s that vary from the Breakfast Club soundtrack to Ed Sheeran’s newest CD titled “X”.
A wall in the back of the building is solidly made of books that leads to shelves filled with thousands of books. The books range from books you need in school to anime series. In a different corner of the building, you can find stashes of DC, Marvel, and other types of comics.
The store’s video game collection is compatible with multiple video game consoles. The store offers newly released games, gaming consoles, and used games. Some of the items found at 2nd and Charles are outdated. Video games for the Gamecube are probably not going to be about as commonly as games for the Xbox 360.
2nd and Charles is a store to go to for most entertainment needs. It is a fun place to go and waste time or buy something that will amuse you and give you a new activity to do in your free time.
