The Clarke County School District is holding a Mental Health Town Hall at Clarke Middle School on April 28 at 5:30 p.m. in an effort to bring awareness to mental health resources across the district.

Thirty-two Clarke County School District middle schoolers received medals at the Northeast Georgia Regional Science and Engineering Fair on Feb. 8.

CCSD Executive Director of Human Resources Dan Swartz will temporarily take over the position from longtime educator Selena Blankenship, who will retire effective Nov. 22.

At the Oct. 17 CCSD Board of Education meeting, CCSD personnel discussed health centers across the district.

Several Clarke County School District high schools and middle schools will be performing together in the E.B Mell Auditorium on Feb. 10 at 3 p.m.

The CCSD administration has selected two individuals to replace top human resources positions after the departure of Chief of HR Lynn Duke and Executive Director of Talent Management Michael Harris.

The CCSD School Nutrition department has worked to ensure student access to meals since school was made virtual on March 16.
