Electoral College rundown

The 2016 presidential election marks the fifth time in history the electoral college has been predicted to elect a candidate who did not win the popular vote. Electors will cast their votes on Dec. 19, and decide if, for the second time in the past five elections, the president to take office will be the one who lost America’s vote.
