Sophomore Christopher Dellaria running his first race at Athens Christian School. Dellaria trains each week on a certain schedule to prepare for the meets.“ On Mondays we do long runs. Right now it lasts 70 minutes, but now it is 60. Tuesday is track day, where we can do anything like mile repeats, or mile repeats,” Dellaria said. “Wednesday is an easier day, like three miles, which is maybe up to 5 Points and back, or the hospital and back. Thursday is hill day, where you just run hills, and Friday is another easy day since we usually have meets on Saturdays.”
