On March 7, the Clarke Central High School boys and girls track teams traveled to Central Gwinnett High School where they competed against both CGHS and Archer High School.
At the Central Gwinnett Tri-Meet on March 7, CCHS competed against host CGHS and nearby AHS. Nearly half of CCHS’ 18 points came from field events, where Durmario Price and Marquez Williams placed in shot put and Tamarkus Baker placed second in the pole vault.
The running events opened with the 4×800-meter relay, in which CCHS placed third. The rest of the scoring came from the 4×100 relay team and Jaymel Isreal in the 100 meter, Jacob Cona in the 3200-meter and Shaquille Mack-Robinson in the 300-meter mid hurdles. CCHS placed third in the meet.
